Come and stay with me a while...

My journey is rooted in hope, growth and a passion for
supporting others.

Sometimes it's the journey that teaches you a lot about your destination...

Growth may take what you know, but staying may take who you are.

Hi, I'm Sarah.

I created The Hope Cabin as an inclusive space for Counselling, Wellbeing workshops and Creativity.

Beginning my journey as a nurse for over 10 years, with a focus on palliative care, over time I found the world of psychotherapy a better fit for how I wanted to connect with people.

With a creative mind and a passion for supporting people, I combine my skills and created The Hope Cabin.

The name reflects what I offer- An inclusive therapeutic space for ALL people. Here you are not judged and I don't label. It is welcoming like a Cabin and at the centre of it all is hope.

I don't see hope as a vague idea, I see it as a practical, living force that fuels your next step.

My approach is always in kindness and it is a space where we can build a healthy, respectful therapeutic relationship.

Sarah xx
