Mentoring for Children in Tamworth and surrounding areas

A compass does not tell us where to go, but it helps us find our bearings when the path ahead feels uncertain.
Mentoring offers young people a space to explore their thoughts, experiences, strengths, and challenges, whilst developing confidence in who they are and where they would like to go.
Every child and young person is unique. Some may find it helpful to have a supportive space with an adult outside of their immediate family or school.
Others may be navigating change, building confidence, developing emotional resilience, or seeking support to better understand themselves and the world around them.
Not everything needs words and some young people find it easier to communicate through drawing, movement, objects, metaphor, humour or simply sitting in silence until words feel possible.
Creativity can become language for thoughts and feelings, but it is used as a gentle tool for expression when talking feels difficult, or when feelings are hard to name.
